Title: Geometric structures in discrete sumsets
Abstract: The structure of sets with small sumset is studied by additive combinatorics and convex geometry, the former usually focussing on lattice-like structure and the latter on convex structure.
In this talk, we will explore the interaction between these two fields of study and between seminal results like the Brunn-Minkowski inequality and Freiman’s theorem.
