As every year, the launch date of the EIT Digital Innovation and Education Call 2019 is approaching. This year, March 7th and 8th should be blocked in your agenda. EIT Digital organizes action line presentation sessions, during which the relevant priority areas for the EIT Digital Innovation and Education Call 2019 will be presented.

Please make sure that your most relevant people on the key topics will be able to attend the session(s), so that they can provide the best valuable projects. We have the ambition to present the best projects towards the EIT Digital Innovation and Education Call 2019 and get an even higher success rate than last year.

Registration (Informative Sessions)

We invite you to join other Node Partners and the EIT Digital staff at the Co-Location Centre in Eindhoven (High Tech Campus 31, 5656 AE Eindhoven) or at the Satellite Co-Location Centre in Amsterdam (Science Park 123, 1098 XG Amsterdam). On both days, the sessions will start at 10:00 AM CET sharp and will end in the afternoon. You can attend these sessions in person, in one of the Co-Location Centres or Satellites.

Please register to the selected session(s) and Co-Location Centre (Amsterdam or Eindhoven).

Registration (Brokerage Sessions)

At the brokerage sessions in Brussels, consortium building and match making will take place. These sessions will be face-to-face, they will include an option to pitch the proposals and it is necessary to register. Please do not send more than one representative per member for these sessions, because they will take place at the headquarters, and space is limited.

To organize the pitching sessions, preference will be given to those already registered in the matchmaking tool, followed by the possible business champions and finally the technology providers.

Call idea submission

As a novelty, we have a tool which is very similar to the usual proposal tool, where you can draft the ideas and find partners. Please note that all proposals are, by default, visible to all partners. In the matchmaking tab, you can specify what kind of partners you are looking for: business champion, technology provider, etc.

Throughout the call (from March 6th to May 3rd), those responsible for action lines and education will be at your disposal to organize online meetings about your proposal. We remain at your disposal for any questions and we encourage you to prepare your proposals with enough time.
