The latest top results in quantum cryptography will be shared during the upcoming tenth anniversary edition of the QCrypt conference. Welcoming hundreds of visitors from science and industry, QCrypt 2020 will take place as an online event, jointly organized by CWI and the University of Amsterdam.
The annual QCrypt conference is the world’s main international event dedicated to the latest developments in quantum cryptography. Researchers from all over the world present their recent scientific discoveries in the field, and companies showcase their latest relevant technology.
Cryptographic security in the presence of quantum devices
The conference covers all aspects of cryptographic security in the presence of quantum devices. This includes quantum key distribution, quantum randomness generation, the impact of quantum computers on classical cryptography, and other aspects.
Jointly organized by CWI and the University of Amsterdam, QCrypt 2020 marks the tenth anniversary of this conference. It will take place as an online conference from 10 - 14 August 2020, welcoming hundreds of participants. This includes researchers and scientists from leading international academic groups as well as engineers and industry representatives. Registration is still open for all who are interested in quantum cryptography as a practical technology and in the security of cryptographic schemes under quantum attacks.
