What is included?

The registration fees includes lunches, tea/coffee on all days. At the end of the first day, drinks and bitterballen will be served. The boat trip and conference dinner are not included. If you would like to join the boat trip and conference dinner you will need to purchase a separate ticket.

Step aboard and see Amsterdam from a completely new perspective.
Join us for a relaxed boat tour through the city’s iconic canals, where you’ll glide past centuries‑old canal houses, elegant bridges, and historic warehouses that tell the story of Amsterdam’s rich past. Along the way, you’ll have time to unwind, connect with fellow participants, and take in the unique atmosphere of the city from the water. The cruise will conveniently end right at the location of our conference dinner restaurant.

Cancellation policy

Up to 15 working days before the event, cancellation is free of charge. After this period, reimbursement is no longer possible. To cancel, please send an email to : silke.kleinen@cwi.nl
