Representing people involves understanding their collective needs.

Collective needs are an emergent event, instead of the accumulation of (yes or no weighted) the vast amount of individual needs. Collective needs, i.e. collectively intelligent emerging needs, arise from people’s changing minds while reflecting on what their needs are and others’ needs. Democracy is, in this way, a process of structuring people’s evolving thinking. We present our startup's conceptual thinking, gathered data, and practical example case from a large municipality.
