Centrum Wiskunde & Informatica (CWI) is the national research institute for mathematics and computer science in the Netherlands. We conduct pioneering research in these fields and transfer our results to society.

Veni 2014

The Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO) has awarded Veni grants to CWI researchers Jop Briët (quantum and classical data protection), Jiyin He (behaviour-aware search evaluation), Wouter Koolen (learning pace of computer systems), Marc Stevens (security layer against forged digital signatures) and Xiaodong Zhuge (3D imaging for nanoscience).
