Biography
I am a PhD student in the Networks and Optimization group, under the supervision of Solon Pissis and Leen Stougie. My research focuses on combinatorics and algorithms on strings, primarily with applications to biology, particularly in the context of pangenomes, as part of the ALPACA European project.
