 by Mihai Putinar (University of California at Santa Barbara)\, within the 
 Marie-Curie ITN Network POEMA (Polynomial Optimization\, Efficiency throug
 h Moments and Algebra).  The lectures will take place on Wednesdays\, 2\, 
 9 and 16 September  at 18h00. Participation is free but you need to regist
