Publications

This is a summary of the process that should be undertaken when submitting K-Space sponsored papers to conferences or journals. For each of these publication routes there is a notification template:

ks-WP741-01-[loc]-[date]-[verbose].doc : Conference Paper Notification

ks-WP742-01-[loc]-[date]-[verbose].doc : Journal Notification

which can also be found on the K-Space administration website in the 'templates' folder. Please ensure to place the following project acknowledgement in all papers - this is of course vital if you are going to claim back expenses for delivering that paper.

"The research leading to this paper was supported by the European Commission under contract FP6-027026, Knowledge Space of semantic inference for automatic annotation and retrieval of multimedia content - K-Space."

This acknowledgement *must* be in all publications that you wish to use project funding for - otherwise you will not be able to claim back expenses.

Papers you have submitted OR plan to submit

  • submit also a notification to the WP7 mailing list
  • alter the filename according to the above naming convention after the paper is complete

Where possible please try to submit this before the final submission of the paper.

Accepted papers

Please send the publication reference (in IEEE format) to Krishna Chandramouli , Craig Stewart and Thierry Declerck

For journal and conference papers, the URL of the paper along with the references of the accepted publication should also be sent to toKrishna Chandramouli.
