The Communications department is responsible for both the internal and external corporate communication. This includes press handling, media training, event organizing and the production of corporate documents such as the Annual Report. The department also houses the W3C Benelux Office.

The Information & Documentation department is responsible for the library services, including a large number of digitally available publications. In addition it is responsible for the state of the art information infrastructure that aggregates research.
