October has been designed to knowledge month and therefore the congress ‘Kennis op Zondag' (knowledge on Sunday) is organized  in science center NEMO. Part of this science introduction for the public is a lecture by CWI's mathematician Lex Schrijver. He will talk about the train timetable that he created in 2007 for the Dutch railways. After the lectures there is a casual Meet & Greet with Schrijver and the twelve other researchers.

‘Kennis op zondag' is initiated by KNAW, NWO, NEMO and De Volkskrant. The lectures are in Dutch and the entrance is free.
