CWI Landscape
Centrum Wiskunde & Informatica (CWI) in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, plays a central role in various national and international programs and organizations.
CWI is, for instance, host of the W3C Benelux Office - the regional node of the World Wide Web Consortium in the Benelux. It is also host of COMMIT - the extensive programme for universities, research institutions and industry that brings together leading computer scientists in the Netherlands. CWI also houses the IMO Foundation - the international office of the International Mathematics Olympiad.

CWI has about 200 research partners, such as businesses, governments, financial institutions and research organizations.
