On Saturday October 9 Science Park Amsterdam will open its doors for a wide audience. This year's theme is variation.

In previous years the open day was an inspiring and great success with around 2500 visitors. The open day is a great way to see what the Science Park Amsterdam is all about.

At CWI there are three mini lectures (in Dutch) given by: Sjors van der Stelt, Paul Klint, and Joost Batenburg about recent research topics in the conference rooms (Science Park 125) next to the entrance of CWI. 

Children can participate in the Pretlab for Girls and the General Pretlab (both 12.30-16.30h, registration from 12.00h). At CWI, one can also enjoy contributions of Vierkant voor Wiskunde (puzzle market), and Arabesk (mathematical puzzles).
