IMPACT is a national project funded by HPCN in the context of the Dutch High Performance Computing Initiative and aims, amongst others, in advancing the state of the art in parallel and distributed database technology applied to problems in the financial sector.

The task of CWI is focussed on development of algorithms for datamining of time series and to further develop the Monet database architecture.
